After a consultation with the provider, we will discuss different types of testing for you, which may range from blood, urine, saliva, and stool testing based on your signs, symptoms and wellness goals.

We will have a thorough discussion and order labs that are needed. If you have had lab testing done recently, we will review those and only add what is necessary for you.
In house lab draws make it convenient for you to do everything in one place. Results are typically available within one business day.

A lot of our clients have had their health concerns dismissed by other healthcare providers. We have also experienced this same frustration first hand. We know that the only way to heal is to really understand what is happening physiologically. We will LISTEN to your concerns and use all the tools at our disposal to restore your wellness.
We offer a broad range of labs and analysis. Often times treating without understanding your full physiology is less effective. Based on your symptoms or goals we can order, draw or request everything from blood, dried urine, stool, urine and semen samples to guide the best treatment protocols for you! Some comprehensive labs are mandatory with the hormone optimization or replacement protocols, but some goals like weightloss are frequently assisted wtihout running panels. Remember, “normal ranges” are not optimal, we’re here to look at the full spectrum of your physiology and curate a custom protocol for you as indicated.
Regenerative Joint Injections

Connective tissue is categorized into 3 zones based on the amount of capillaries / blood flow. Without assistance, damage in the white zones (no blood) is almost impossible to heal. The second zone is also stubborn and very challenging to heal. We’ll use ultrasound to assess the damage and guide precision injections to supercharge your ability to heal.

Anyone with diagnosed connective tissue damage (Rotator Cuff, MCL, ACL, Tennis Elbow, etc.) and anyone with undiagnosed but pains or aches in and around their joints.

Intake involves the pinpointing of the issue, we’ll use an ultrasound to assess and then if indicated inject substances at the site to improve healing to super-physiological levels.
We will determine the use of PRP and/or peptides and their timing depending on location and severity of tissue damage.

Merima Spiess (FNP) performing the injections is not only trained to comb through the connective tissue and find the source of pain with an ultrasound, but her experience as an aesthetic injector has given her an extremely smooth touch with the needle. Add on of anti-anxiety and pain medication is available if needed during procedure.
We’ll use a combination of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and healing peptides as indicated, precision delivered to the specific place of injury guided by ultra-sound to help you heal the pesky white zone connective tissue injuries.
